Every residence is furnished to a defined specification by Drift — an East African interiors practice with a proven track record across lodges, clubs, restaurants, and resorts on this continent, brought in because the brief demanded exactly that kind of experience.
The specification is bespoke to Seasons, designed around the specific demands of a beachfront asset in a managed hospitality environment — materials chosen for climate performance, finishes selected for longevity, pieces that hold their quality through guest rotation without requiring constant owner attention.
Each typology offers a choice of three furniture packs, custom-made and sourced direct from suppliers, maintained on behalf of the owner as part of the management operation, and replaceable through the same supply chain when the time comes.
The pack is priced separately from the residence and is a required purchase for all owners. Forty-seven residences operating as a single hospitality asset need a consistent interior standard.

Curated. Artisan pieces and natural materials. Customisation available until June 2027.

Ownership at Seasons comes with access to a resort infrastructure that most developments of this type require you to leave the building to find.
The residences have their own lagoon pool — sole use for residence owners, set within the landscaped gardens of the complex. Beyond that, the beach club sits at clifftop level with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, outdoor dining, and an events space designed for both owners and lodge guests.
All of it — lagoon pool, clifftop beach club, infinity pool, outdoor dining, events space, gym, wellness, spa — is managed and maintained as part of a single, professionally run boutique lodge operation that has operated this site for fifteen years.
